Shop Steward Development Programme

ATHENA INTERACTIVE TRAINING NETWORK (PTY) LTD, a Services SETA Accredited Training Provider, has developed the Shop Steward Development Programme to provide unit standard based Empowerment Training to members of our Labour Movement.

Our Skills Programmes lead to completion of both the National Certificate in Mangement NQF3 and the National Certificate in Labour Relations Practices NQF5. This has long been the need for Labour activists to achieve recognised certification for skills demonstrated in the fulfillment of their duties.
